About Zoom Room Dog Training

An indoor training gym on Lauderdale Drive

Zoom Room Richmond is an indoor dog training gym at 3450 B Lauderdale Drive in western Henrico. It also lists Henrico, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Mechanicsville and Short Pump as areas served. Owners train alongside their dogs in every class; there are no drop-offs.

How it works

The gym runs more like a membership than a fixed six-week course. Classes are booked in advance on evenings, weekends or weekdays, and new clients start with a free 30-minute orientation to tour the gym and learn the basics, or with an evaluation if they bring the dog. Private training and private gym time can also be booked.

Programs

The location lists puppy training, obedience classes, agility training and dog socialization, plus tricks and scent work. Socialization is a stated focus, with playgroups, parties and gym time offered alongside classes.

Method

The location page describes science-backed methods and positive reinforcement only.

Hours

The gym is open seven days, generally from mid-morning into the evening.

What to ask

Ask which classes suit your dog's age and level, how passes and memberships work, and what the cancellation policy is (24 hours for most bookings).
