Dog Training Elite Northeast Indiana serves the Fort Wayne and Columbia City area. It is led by owner and lead trainer Clint Frank, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Performance, alongside co-owner Cassie Frank.
