Goodness, where to start…. There is so much I could say about Ashleigh and Eleven Paws Dog Training so here it goes:

First, I got this adorable Golden Retriever a year ago and like any new dog owner I thought it was going to be a walk in the park.

W.R.O.N.G

I knew nothing about raising a family dog as a puppy. My dreams of going on walks out in public as a family with our “well mannered” Barkley faded quickly by the fast reality that my cute little golden was now 100 lbs and barely a year old and LOVED people but had NO MANNERS. (jumping, holding your hand in his mouth, no leash skills, no attention span…..you name it.) So naturally I took in a rehomed puppy so my crazy boy had a friend and yes, without training.

Fast forward, we found Ashleigh and her training program and I couldn’t get them both in quick enough. From the very beginning Ashleigh was professional and kind. She had us come for a consultation to discuss options and what I expected for training and you could see she genuinely just cares about helping train your pup to their fullest potential. There was no judgement in my lack of training for over a year!

The entire time Ashleigh had my dogs she was constantly providing updates via stories on Facebook, texts, whatever I needed to ensure I felt comfortable with their progress. She had my entire US wide family interested and intrigued by how quick she was training our crazy pups. She was honest when needed, always professional, and through all updates you could see her love and compassion for my dogs.

When I picked up my dogs (Barkley did the 20 day off-leash training and Moose did 15-day) Ashleigh spent however long I needed to learn their new obedience cues and how to properly continue their training in our own space. She was quick to remind me that she’s here to help and will provide additional training sessions as part of their overall experience.

To follow – Ashleigh has STILL supported me. I felt overwhelmed and knew she was the only one that could understand my own self doubt once we got home. She reassured me I was doing the right thing and the dogs are just learning in their own home environment. Today, I even got to take that adorable golden on that walk I had dreamt of for over a year.

Needless to say, we will forever be grateful for Ashleigh and her training program and will make sure to use her services going forward.

Hurry, book now – you won’t regret it.

Eleven Paws Dog Training is 11/10 in my book. This isn’t just a training company — it’s a home away from home for my dogs, a second set of hands when I need training support, and a cornerstone in my dogs’ success and happiness.

Over the years, I’ve trusted Ashleigh with everything from my sport dogs' agility and skill development to trick dog training seminars and boarding for both personal dogs and fosters. Every single experience has been exceptional. Whether it’s a quick weekend stay or a two-week boarding situation, I never have to worry — I know my dogs are not only safe and cared for, but actively loved and engaged.

What sets Eleven Paws apart is the deep relationship-based approach. Training here isn’t just about obedience or performance; it’s about building real, trusting partnerships between dogs and their people. That philosophy shows in everything Ashleigh does, and the results speak for themselves. My dogs are more confident, more connected, and more capable, thanks to their time with Ashleigh.

Ashleigh is incredibly reliable, accommodating, and genuinely passionate. No matter how full the schedule is, she always finds a way to fit us in. That kind of consistency is rare and invaluable — especially in the fast-paced world of sport dogs and rescue.

Simply put, Eleven Paws is irreplaceable. If you’re looking for training or boarding that goes above and beyond in care, expertise, and heart — look no further.

Ashleigh and I have collabed on many different dog training adventures- I highly recommend her! Her passion is evident. She’s a great and easy going teacher. Her personal dogs are nothing short of impressive and she trains with kindness and compassion.

I cannot recommend Ashleigh enough. We fostered a border collie mix that was dumped from a puppy mill at around 5 months old. He was very shut down and traumatized. After several attempts to get him adopted, we decided to adopt him ourselves, he had issues with new people, situations, and places. We worked, trying to introduce him to new things, enrolled him in a few months of agility classes and with each class, he shut down more. I took him out of class and decided to go another direction.
Thankfully that direction was Ashleigh. I reached out, she responded quickly, set up and evaluation, and quickly devised a plan. Clyde spent a few weeks in residency and came out a different dog. He is still afraid of a lot of things, but is now able to work through it, instead of shutting down. I am very happy to report that he went back agility yesterday, and by the end of class was able to do the dog walk. He would have never been able to do it before Ashleigh. We still have hurdles, but we both now have the tools to deal with them. THANKS Ashleigh!

11/10 for Eleven Paws Dog Training LLC. Ashleigh is great.

First we did a multi week training and our pup learned a lot and Ashleigh made time for multiple training sessions after for us to make sure we knew all that was taught.

We also board our pup here without hesitation. She gets walks and play time with other dogs. Ashleigh has been super flexible and even able to continue medications our dog has been on during boarding.
