About Paws To Swim

Swimming and dock diving in Rockville

Paws To Swim, at 12082 Walnut Hill Drive in Rockville, offers heated indoor pools, an outdoor play pool and a competition-length dock diving pool. Its philosophy is that every animal should be treated with kindness and compassion and that swimming should be fun.

Training and swimming

The site lists training for everyone from first-time puppies to seasoned dock divers, with year-round indoor assistance. Swimming is presented as low-impact exercise that builds muscle strength, increases mobility and provides a joint-friendly cardio workout, and as help for senior dogs and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Booking

Sessions are booked online, by phone, by text or by email, and a shower and drying station is available after each swim.
