About The Woofy Wellness Ranch

What it is

The Woofy Wellness Ranch is a full-service canine facility rather than a trainer-only practice. The business describes an all-inclusive canine wellness system: day school, training, grooming, veterinary services and boarding on one site, reached by its own shuttle.

The shuttle

The Woofy Bus provides transportation to and from the ranch. The site publishes a list of bus stops around the Richmond area and adds new ones, which is the practical distinguishing feature of the operation – the dog is collected rather than dropped off.

Day school

Day school is described as closely managed play groups providing an all-day educational experience that teaches a dog how to properly socialize with other dogs and people. The site calls the day school behavior based.

Training

A range of training services is offered on top of day school. Boarding guests have full access to the day school each day at no extra charge for walks or play time, and to the ranch's other services during their stay.

Other services

Grooming runs from a quick trim to a full salon treatment, and veterinary services are available on site, either scheduled by the owner or managed by the ranch. The business also lists franchise opportunities.
