About Whiskers N Tails Pet Daycare, LLC

Pet care for the Champlain Islands

Whiskers N Tails Pet Daycare in Grand Isle has been serving Champlain Island pets and their people since 2016. Its daycare is built around a safe, positive environment, socialization that builds confidence and playtime with friends, and daily exercise that helps dogs relax and rest at home.

Obedience training

The dog obedience training service works with owners and their dogs on a variety of behavior lessons, starting with basic commands and moving on to more advanced training once those are in place. It is described as helping owners and puppies develop essential behaviors and manners through positive reinforcement techniques.

Boarding and other care

Boarding is offered primarily on weekends, with longer summer stays by appointment and limited Monday to Thursday availability. Drop-in home care is available by appointment on weekdays and weekends. Pre-registration paperwork and vet records are required before a first stay, and pets must be up to date on vaccinations for their age and program. Classes and events are announced on its Facebook page.
