About Dog Dudes K9 Training

What they work on

Dog Dudes K9 Training lists puppy and adult obedience, aggression and reactivity training, on- and off-leash training, and what the site calls all unwanted behaviors. The business describes itself as serving Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding areas.

Programs

Several formats are offered. Private lessons are one-on-one for dogs of all ages and breeds. Board and train is described as the option for clients who want fast results, with a fourteen-day program built to establish a solid foundation and then work around distractions in public. A behavior modification program is listed as covering all types of aggression, anxiety and unwanted behaviors, and a day training option is also offered.

Approach

The site's stated position is that every dog is unique and deserves individual attention and a tailored plan, and that the team is deliberately small and personable. Training is described as not stopping at the dog – owners are given the resources to carry it on.

After training

The business says it offers lifetime help with on-call support after training, group classes for former graduates and their owners, and follow-on sessions for lesson clients who need more help.
