I dropped off my dog for day care. This was a first time experience with Dogtown. They were keeping her for 8 hours, I brought food and treats for them to give her. When I picked her up, they gave me everything back that I brought. I asked if she went the whole day with nothing, the employee stated, she just got there 2 hours ago and didn't know.

The director spoke to me and said this was just an oversight. I said, good thing it was only for 8 hours and not a for a few days. I told her that this was our first experience with them and a horrible precedent to set.

Please keep yiur pets as far from this place as possible.

The food and snacks had clear instructions and was completely ignored.

This is the best doggy daycare! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They took such great care of my dog, Huck. I loved the fact that they are open 24 hours with someone always there to watch the dogs. I highly recommend it here.

I take my Golden Retriever puppy Louie to Dogtown Huber Heights for daycare 4 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I drop Louie off he is more interested in being with them and his friends at daycare than saying bye to his mom. Whenever there’s been an issue they were quick to message me, and very helpful. I often look in to see how Louie is doing on the webcams and never see potty messes on the ground that aren’t addressed, or dogs fighting, the staff is always attentive and caring. Bringing Louie to daycare has been great for his socialization, and I love knowing that he’s not sitting in a kennel. Their grooming services are also fantastic, and it is so convenient to pick him up all bathed and trimmed and ready to go home. Pick up and drop off have always been quick and easy as well. Boarding there was also really convenient when we went out of town for a night. There are so many fun activities they do! It’s apparent to this very picky dog mom that the entire staff treat Louie like family. Definitely give them a try and see for yourself.

We’ve been taking Sam( our schnauzer) to Dogtown several times a week for almost two years. He gets so excited when we arrive he can’t get in the door fast enough! Everyone there treats Sam like he’s their own dog! It’s clean, reasonably priced, open 24/7. We love Dogtown and so does Sam!

The Huber Heights Dogtown staff is amazing. The facility is so clean and our puppies LOVE going. Coop is a 12 week old male that is deaf. The staff gives him attention and love and he is completely relaxed being there. We absolutely LOVE every aspect of the Huber Heights Dogtown. HIGHLY recommend.
