Cheryl came highly recommended from my Vet's office. My vet was refusing to medicate him and said she would only consider it if I met with Raise The Bar. Cheryl came to my home and observed Vegas' behavior and asked a lot of questions. She told me that he needs to be on anxiety meds ASAP (which I was then able to request from the vet and they obliged).
Vegas has not only become a much happier and obedient dog but the marking and bad behavior has changed significantly. Just yesterday we were able to go to a very busy Lowe's and walk around. He was so excited and curious! I hadn't been able to take him anywhere before Cheryl's training. Most of my neighbors know me and my dogs and a lot would avoid us because of Vegas' behavior. Two weeks ago, Vegas was called 'chill' on a walk during our community yard sale. I told everyone about the changes that we made and how much of a difference I could see in Vegas. I'm still in a state of shock at his change in behavior.
I am so happy that I was introduced to Raise The Bar. I have a happier, healthier and more obedient dog. I'm just sad we didn't find Cheryl sooner! If you have a dog that you think cannot be helped, hire them. You won't regret it!
Although we previously had a dog, we realized how different our previous dog was from Leo. It has been a blessing to see how much Leo has progressed through Cheryl working with him and by her guidance us on how we need to approach his training.
Through Raise the Bar we have also had the opportunity for Leo to socialize with other dogs through Cheryl's Tuesday night classes. It's made a big difference for Leo because it has opened up a whole new world for him that he was lacking. When we have questions Cheryl has always responded promptly with the answers and feedback that we need.
I could go on and on but I would just say we're very happy with Raise the Bar Dog Training and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with dog training.
