DogWatch absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Heidi (the owner) and Jack worked closely with me to design a plan that truly fit all of our needs — and this was not an average install. We had multiple challenges: unique terrain, multi-level stonework, and two separate sections that needed to run under the driveway through conduit.

My biggest priorities were safety (keeping our dog off the driveway so he couldn’t be accidentally run over) and freedom (maximizing his ability to be with us at the pool, patio, and throughout the yard). Heidi took the time to think through every detail, problem-solve with us, and after lots of planning we landed on the perfect solution.

Then Mike, who has been with the company 30 years, executed it beautifully — and it works GREAT. Every question I had was answered right away, and you can tell this company genuinely cares about the success of the system and making sure pets are properly trained for the best results.

We’ve had the fence operational for about a month now and it has honestly changed everything. Daily life is so much easier, and our dog has way more freedom (and far less crate time) because it’s so easy to let him out to potty quickly and safely. The whole family is spending more time playing with him, and we’re genuinely thrilled we made the investment.

Dog Watch hidden fences is Outstanding!!! We had a terrible experience with a different fence called Halo. Our Gus was corrected several times in his kennel when we were out. The halo fence we created was no where near his kennel in our house. That very moment was the end of Halo for our dog Gus. The Halo system is very inconsistent, I would not recommend. That day I emailed Dog Watch hidden fences in Sharonville and received detailed information about how dog watch works. Heidi sent Jack out the very next day & he checked out our yard and reviewed everything and gave me the estimate. Today Mike came and installed the fence and Jack came for our training. We now have the peace of mind that Gus will never get corrections or warnings when he is not suppose to. Fast friendly & most of all dependable system that is consistent for our Gus. I was real impressed with our technician who installed our DogWatch system. It was very cold, but that didn't deter our representative from completing the task today. I'm confident this new fencing system will safely keep our labradors (Aspen and Tito) from leaving our property.

Mike did a tremendous job replacing an older system we had that no longer provided correction. The new Dogwatch System has a number of features are old system did not. We like the flexibility of changing user parameters for Abby, our 11lb King Charles Spaniel. Her level of correction will be less than our older system and we think that's better for her. Mike knows his trade, very happy with his professionalism.

I can’t say how grateful I am for DogWatch Cincinnati’s responsiveness. I put a service request in on the website and received a call within an hour. They listened to my issue and had Mike out the next day to re-run about half of my fence (NOT an installation problem – plz read backstory for more info.)

Mike had us up and running in a couple hours and checked my boy’s collars for battery life too!

Backstory: I made the horrible mistake of thinking that my dogs wouldn’t cross the barrier with their collars on after years of it being in place and the wire deactivated.

We have had a lot of breaks due to landscaping and construction. When one of the breaks that was not properly repaired by DogWatch (just twisted together by a construction crew) started to short on rainy days, we turned off the fence thinking our dogs were old and would not cross the barrier.

We were VERY lucky when the police brought our big guy back after he crossed a busy pike road three times and did not get injured. Picture is our beloved rogue pup.
